Digital Citizenship

This week we will be studying "Digital Citizenship".  This classroom is going to require that you do some pre-reading prior to the session.  When students are expected to read the information prior to the attendance and more hands on work is done in class, this is called a Flipped Classroom.   See the powerpoint by Brad McDiarmid and the video below on Flipped Classrooms.

3.  Students will be broken up into nine different groups and will be assigned a Digital Citizenship category.  The task will be to create a lesson plan on the element of "Digital Citizenship" that the group has been given.  Students can choose a grade level of their choice when creating their lesson plan.  See the Google Doc page with an example lesson plan format and a page where you will post your Google Doc (change your sharing option to allow viewing privileges for people with the link) link for your lesson plan.  Groups will do a quick 3 minute presentation to the class in regards to their lesson plan that they chose.
